Position Responsibilities

Recruit and interview quality candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.

Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills.

Maintain and track candidate pipelines using Workday, our HR Management System.

Assist with special projects and provide recommendations regarding community, high school, and technical college recruiting strategies.

Develop whole business knowledge by learning Branch and Distribution Center operations.

Minimum Requirements

This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.

Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to responsibly handle confidential employee information.
