Human Resources Recruiter

• CFS is working with a family-owned manufacturing company to identify a Recruiter for their team.
• Their Human Resources department has a close-knit team and leadership who invents in every employee's success.

Overview of the Recruiter role:

• Create and manage job postings on various websites, as well as planning/appearing at open hiring events and job fairs
• Screen and interview candidates
• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and scheduling of New Hire Orientation and Training

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Recruiter Role:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or another relevant field
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 2+ years recruiting experience
• Effective negotiating skills
