Overview of the Recruiter role:
- Create and manage job postings on various websites, as well as planning/appearing at open hiring events and job fairs
- Screen and interview candidates
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and scheduling of New Hire Orientation and Training
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Recruiter Role:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or another relevant field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - 2+ years recruiting experience
- Effective negotiating skills
