Responsibilities of the Human Resources Payroll Admin:
- Human Resources:
- Processing registration forms and organizing training events
- Documenting staff training records and licensure
- Updating and maintaining the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Providing general support to the HR team as needed
- Payroll
- Processing attendance records and calculate wages, deductions, benefits, etc.
- Validating payroll accuracy
- Collaborating with HR to process new hires onboarding and termination offboarding within the HRIS
- Generating reports to support audit processes and department managers' needs
Background Expected of the Human Resources Payroll Admin: - Undergraduate degree or experience equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with a major HRIS
