Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Human Resources Manager for our fast-growing engineering and manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our HR team, developing and executing HR strategies that are aligned with our business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role is integral to the company's success and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and development.

Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process to maintain a high-quality and diverse workforce.
4. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Assessing training needs, developing and monitoring training programs.
6. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
7. Supervising HR personnel and provide guidance and feedback to other staff.
8. Overseeing employee benefits programs and ensure they are in line with industry standards.
9. Utilizing HRIS systems such as Ultipro for efficient management of HR data and metrics.
10. Leading the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you should have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.).
4. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Ultipro.
5. Familiarity with strategic Human Resources Management (SHRM).
6. Experience in performance management and employee evaluation.
7. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including payroll systems and benefits.
8. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
10. Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR credentials such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP will be a plus.
