Human Resources Manager at OMI Industries
OMI Industries, a renowned leader in natural odor abatement solutions, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and maximizing the potential of our current workforce while collaborating with executives and team leaders to solve HR issues and implement company-wide policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition process.
- Develop and implement employee benefit strategies and manage relationships with benefit vendors.
- Develop and oversee training and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Implement internal HR procedures to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
