Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
- Manage a biweekly pay schedule; handle the submission of employee hours and proof reports for accuracy
- Efficiently process payroll for three entities, ensuring timely and accurate payments for 80-90 staff members
- Manage bank statements to maintain financial accuracy
- Maintain records and organize filing systems to streamline administrative processes
- Administer simple IRA plan, including entering employee and employer match contributions
- Coordinate payments with their affiliated banks; direct deposit setup and bank entries
- Job postings per departmental needs
- Assist in personnel set up, conduct exit interviews, and perform monthly bank reconciliations
Background expected of the Human Resources Manager:
- Entry level accounting skills
- Comfortability with Microsoft Excel
