Total Rewards:

Help collect and analyze compensation data from various sources including job description reviews and job pricing to assist compensation audits.

Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends related to compensation and benefits.

Learn about employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings and leave of absence policies and help explain them to employees. Pro tip: this will help your adulting skills.

Gain exposure to payroll processing.

Recruitment Advertising:

Support content creation, especially written copy, for uline.jobs, social media posts, email marketing, public relations outreach and job postings.

Help create advertising campaigns on social media LinkedIn, Meta, etc.

Submit and manage ad requests with Uline's Creative department and vendors.

Assist in the creation of video marketing assets.

Research new advertising and media solutions

Minimum Requirements

This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Excel needed for Total Rewards and Analytics roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to responsibly handle confidential HR data.
