This Director role is pivotal in driving the strategic vision and operational excellence within Ridgeline's HR operations and technology landscape. The Director will lead transformative initiatives to enhance the employee experience, optimize processes, and align technological advancements with our business objectives.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for HR operations that align with the company's objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems to support all HR functions, ensuring they are integrated and data integrity is maintained.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on issues related to HR operations and technology, contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making process.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, optimization, and adoption of new and existing technologies to enhance the total company employee experience and streamline HR processes.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of HR operations and technology, making recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide leadership and direction in change management initiatives, driving the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
  • Develop and manage the budget for HR operations and technology, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR operations.
  • Act as plan administrator to our company's 401k plan to ensure excellent execution and compliance.
  • Manage the HR operations team, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and alignment with business goals. This is a player-coach position (80% IC role, 20% people manager). You will own some of the hard and highly complex work.
  • Manage key vendor relationships to accelerate business goals and productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that HR systems are seamlessly integrated with other business systems and that data integrity is maintained.

Compensation and Benefits

For New York and California Based Only

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $200,000 - $235,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
