Human Resources Coordinator

Leaders Professional is searching for a Human Resource Coordinator for our client located in Marion, IN. The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience in a Manufacturing environment. Being bilingual is a plus.

This position is a full-time, direct hire role with our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads Human Resource practices and objectives by people-related services, policies, and programs for Double H. Manufacturing. Reports to Human Resources Manager and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of work experience in Human Resources
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams - ADP knowledge a plus
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development and a Human Resources SHRM - CP certification.

Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, and recruitment.
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
Experience in benefit administration and compensation programs.
Excellent organizational management skills
Excellent communication, written, verbal skills
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). ADP Workforce Now and Social Media skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
