Overview of the Human Resource Coordinator Role: As a Human Resource Coordinator with our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience and contribute to the company's overall success. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable HR skills and make a meaningful impact on the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and setup of employee records.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support HR compliance efforts by maintaining employee files, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and assisting with audits as needed.
- Coordinate HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, training and development programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
