Overview of the Human Resource Coordinator Role: As a Human Resource Coordinator with our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience and contribute to the company's overall success. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable HR skills and make a meaningful impact on the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and setup of employee records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support HR compliance efforts by maintaining employee files, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and assisting with audits as needed.
  • Coordinate HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, training and development programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field of human resources
