VENTEON Finance is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to support a prestigious sports club in the Metro Detroit area. POSITION TYPE: Full time, Contract to hire, working onsite daily. PAY: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
Requirements of the Human Resources Business Partner :
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required.
- HR certifications such as SHRM, PHR or SPHR are desirable.
- Prior experience supporting a 4 or 5 star recreational club, hotel, resort, or casino required. May consider work experience at a non-profit company as well.
- A minimum of 4- 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience required.
- Knowledge of current payroll taxes and employment labor laws. Paylocity knowledge a plus.
- Well rounded Human Resources skills such as in management, recruitment ,on/off boarding, training, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, succession planning and organizational development.
- Understanding of best practices including building an inclusive workplace.
