Human Resources Administrative Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant, will be responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications.

Duties

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas
Perform administrative duties, such as filing, maintaining employee personnel files
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation
Submit online job postings
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Scheduling on boarding tasks and communications for the HR department
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable resolving employee questions, issues, concerns
High energy and the ability to work quickly while multitasking
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bi-Lingual English and Spanish required
