Position Title: HR Generalist
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution to ensure a positive workplace.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate ongoing training and development programs.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role or related position.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
