Job Description As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for serving as one of mission center's focal points on all training issues related to PCS in support of the mission. What You Will Be Doing : Managing aspects of registrations/confirmations of courses for all types of training for over 500 officers, to include taking action on all corporate leadership program call exercises. Providing guidance on training requirements. Providing guidance on language training. Thoroughly understanding directorate career tracks to develop the appropriate course of training for officers as they seek both substantive expertise as well as meet promotion criteria. Thoroughly and accurately communicating policy and procedures to ensure that the missions centers' cadre of officers have the resources they need to be successful. Coordinating and preparing background information for the Personnel Management Committee (PMC), addressing training issues and ensuring follow-through on actions assigned from those meetings. Ensuring all training memos and human resource call packets have the required information and are complete for submission.
