Key Responsibilities-HR Generalist:
- Administration of employee benefits programs
- Process and oversee payroll for 100 - 120 employees
- Vendor management
- Ensuring HR compliance
- Cost analysis and reporting
- Employee relations
- Onboarding new employees
- Utilizing Paychex software and bundle
Qualifications-HR Generalist:
- 4+ years' experience in Human Resources management as a generalist
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience within a manufacturing setting
- Understanding of HR compliance
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish language
