Qualifications:
1 year experience in a Human Resources or administrative setting
Strong computer skills Windows XP/Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and Canva
Excellent communication skills
Training experience is a plus
Ability to protect confidential information from disclosure
High activity and urgency level to maintain fast-paced environment
Self-starter, high motivation level, flexible
Ability to work independently and build strong working relationships
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with a math aptitude
Job Duties:
Provides administrative support to facility, re phone, correspondence, facility activities.
Acts as point of contact for routine HR questions.
Updates departmental forms, information sheets, spreadsheets, lists, departmental calendar, etc.
Establish improved work processes and systems to better centralize and organize daily business operations.
Provides administrative support for Human Resources projects.
Prepares presentations.
Additional duties as assigned.
