North Kingstown, R.I. US (Onsite) Position Summary Thales requires an HSE Specialist to implement and manage short and long-term activities for the Montgomeryville campus' health and safety and environmental management. Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility Report Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), REACH, Annual Emissions Inventory (AIMS), EPA, DEP and local government permit requirements. Record and report Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Provide assistance and support to the overall HSE function, prepare monthly reports, and advise management on matters pertaining to safety, health and the environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, laws and Thales policy. Evaluate HSE metrics, including Carbon Footprint. Knowledge of ISO Standards, primarily ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Address employee health and safety issues. Minimum Qualifications: Prove ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must have exceptional organizational skills Minimum of 3-5 years HSE working experience Must have familiarity with ISO certifications If you're excited about working with Thales, but not meeting the requirements for this position, we encourage you to join our Talent Community.
