Design and Maintain Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and the Environment; complying with current regulations and corporate guidelines and managing and controlling the company's general services. Manage the Annual Work Plan in Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety. 2. Manage the Training Plan in Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety. 3. Manage facility access controls and issued cards 4. Support and/or participate in the execution of Internal and External Audits 5. Coordinate the Investigation of Incidents and Work Accidents 6. Coordinate the necessary activities to guarantee that the company has legal permits regarding Safety and Health at Work and the Environment 7. Define and implement emergency management schemes in conjunction with the Crisis Committee 8. Guarantee compliance with the requirements established by the applicable Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety control entities. 9. Guarantee the timely reporting of information to control entities, clients, suppliers, authorities, community and/or interested parties 10. Implement and Maintain the Environmental Management System by executing the applicable Programs 11. Implement and Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System by executing the applicable Programs 12. Lead prevention and promotion campaigns in Safety and Health at Work and the Environment 13. Keep the Matrix of Environmental Aspects and Impacts of the Organization and the associated programs updated 14. Keep the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix of the Organization and the associated programs updated 15. Verify compliance with the guidelines established in the General Services contracts of: Waste Management, Operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant; Physical Security, Messaging and General Services. 16. Seek continuous improvement in the processes in charge and collaborate with other processes. Minimum experience of 5 years in Occupational Health and Safety and Environment. o Knowledge of environmental legislation, Health and Safety at Work o Basic English (50%) o Use of Office tools o Specific requirements: Occupational health and safety license in accordance with the provisions of Resolution 4502 of 2012 modified by Resolution 447 of 2013. o 50-hour course required by the Ministry of Labor in accordance with the provisions of Resolution 4927 of 2016.
