Akkodis is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing equipment shipments to and from customer sites, supporting program-related RMA returns, spares inventories, parts management, and audits, as well as general shipping tasks for the team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and track shipments effectively.

Pay Rate: $31.00 Per Hour W2

Responsibilities:

  • Generate various standard reports as required.

  • Manage quarterly spares audits within defined schedules.

  • Support/manage local shipping needs for various program requirements.

  • Coordinate, organize, and track shipping and receiving activities within the program.

  • Utilize L3Harris software to ship equipment in accordance with customer requirements.

  • May require support during off-hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

  • Ability to lift heavy items and operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks upon receipt of internal certification.

  • Experience in wood shop functions such as operating power saws and nail guns is a plus.

Experience Required:


• Some level of ATI, MyCanic/PTDiag, DET CANalyzer experience OR a quick learner open to training.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 per week
