The HRIS Specialist will need to have at least 3 years of experience working with in an HRIS system. This person will be focused on transitioning manual data into a new platform and will also handled other HR responsibilities as needed.

We are seeking a seasoned Consulting HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is integral to our HR team, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the development of HR strategies. The ideal candidate is an HRIS expert who can leverage their knowledge of ADP, data entry, and personnel information to optimize our HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and implement HRIS training for HR and management staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular review and clean-up.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and implement system improvements and enhancements.
  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports to assist with strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HRIS trends and developments.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of new HR technology solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred but not required - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HRIS, data entry, ADP, personnel information, and employee files.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in ADP and other HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in project management and multi-tasking.
  • Certification in HRIS or related field is a plus.
