HRIS Analyst - Workday Reporting


Are you a Workday wiz? Then you belong at Uline. Join us as an HRIS Analyst to help craft sophisticated Workday reports to support our growth as North America's top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.


Position Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of report development from initial solutioning to deployment, including communication and training.

  • Collaborate with users to understand and document requirements to deliver recurring, self-service and special request reporting.

  • Educate users on reporting capabilities and continuously seek reporting enhancements to support evolving requirements.

  • Build dashboards and visualizations using matrix and composite reports.

  • Identify and solve complex business problems using advanced Workday reporting tools like Prism, BIRT and composite reporting.

  • Act as liaison between Human Resources and departments that use HR data in everyday operations.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2+ years of Workday reporting experience.

  • Prism and BIRT experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills.
