Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting HR Specialist, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing expert advice and guidance to management on all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
2. Implementing HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.
3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
4. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
5. Collaborating with management to identify company training needs and developing strategies to meet these needs.
6. Analyzing HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
7. Participating in the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
8. Collaborating with other departments to integrate HR functions with business activities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the finance industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
4. Exceptional understanding of HR laws and regulations.
5. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
9. Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS and HRMS.
10. Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) is preferred.
