Human Resources & Recruiting Manager
We are seeking a hard-working, efficient Human Resources & Recruiting Manager for a stable, family-owned manufacturing organization. This person will be involved in all human resource functions and will be an integral part of the management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES & RECRUITING:
- Employee relations
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates
- New hire orientation/On-boarding(backgrounds/paperwork)
- Benefit administration including health, dental and vision
- FMLA, worker's compensation and unemployment
- Updating and rolling out policies & procedures
- Disciplinary action
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES & RECRUITING MANAGER ROLE:
- 3+ years previous experience in human resources
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills
