Overview of the HR Recruiter Role:
- Lead the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to hiring
- Implement new processes to enhance recruiting procedures
- Use tools like LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
- Oversee employee compensation, benefits, leave, time cards, performance and talent acquisition, occupational health and safety, training and development.
- Identify and communicate staffing and recruiting needs with developing and executing best practices for hiring and talent management.
Preferred Qualifications :
- BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR
- Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products a plus
