The opportunity - HR Program Enablement Partner

Reports to - Head of Program and Enablement

Job summary

The HR Program Enablement Partner is a critical role within the broader HR Account Management Team. Aligned to support a specific Business Unit/HRBP they are responsible for the Project Management of agreed initiatives within that Business unit whilst leading and creating the go-to-market strategies and broader change activities as part of HR driven/led initiatives including focus on driving adoption of required changes associated with initiatives/projects.

What You'll Do

Project Management of agreed initiatives for your Business Unit in alignment with the Strategy and Enablement framework and standards

Creation of their Business Unit Deployment Plan (including driving adoption) - what is happening, when and how

Taking stakeholders through go-to-market strategies ensuring they understand their responsibilities and holding the team accountable

Actively represent their Business Unit as part of the Global HR Portfolio Review process to assess and prioritize new demand (projects)

Partnering with the HR Business Partner (and Business Unit Leaders) to define and develop improvement initiatives - creating the plan and ongoing reporting back of progress

Leader of the changes within their business unit - leading from the front

Partnering with the broader Account Team and Strategy and Enablement Teams to gain alignment, seek out opportunities for synergies and and improvement

Building and maintaining positive collaborative relationships with stakeholders and engaged groups

Maximizing the use of AI/Digital to provide appropriate stakeholder updates on progress including KPIs

Work with other Program Enablement Partners to share insights and learnings and where possible seek opportunities to integrate and align on solutions - one voice

Valued skills and experience:

Experience working in and/or leading Waterfall/Agile projects/programs and the associated practices

Extensive experience of driving behavioral change that includes expert level of change management and sustainment skills inc. knowledge of different change models/approaches

A connector of dots who has the ability to proactively make connections and importantly has the ability to explain the connections in an engaging and simple way

Be a positive disruptor, comfortable positively questioning the "why" and the "how" to ensure we are bringing maximum value to our customers

Be the voice of the customer (the Business Unit(s) they support) - sometimes being the lone voice but comfortable in doing this

A strong team player, willing to coach those around you, lean in and support and come together as a collective powerhouse for the customer

Must have strong grounding in driving company growth by delivering customer and market value

Experienced, motivated senior leader who is collaborative and experienced in working in a matrixed organization

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills (i.e. operational metrics, product metrics, revenue metrics, program metrics)

Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities

Strong sense of urgency and results orientation

Growth mindset, open to new ways of working and experience of bringing teams/groups together

Strong analytical skills related to People KPIs and reporting and data manipulation/reporting

Reasonably expected salary range: $66,700.00 - $83,400.00
