Responsibilities of the HR/Payroll Specialist:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculations, deductions, and tax compliance
- Maintain up-to-date and organized employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations
- Administer employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives
- The HR/Payroll Specialist will manage time and attendance tracking systems and enforce policies
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax filings, and other HR-related documentation
- The HR/Payroll Specialist will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
