Intern will support Manager of Engagement, Communications & Culture in the day-to-day operations around engagement and community.
Responsibilities
• Assists with the development/design/content for communication materials such as posters, flyers and other forms of print media
• Assists with updating communications throughout the DC
• Manages social media platforms for the DC
• Organizes and maintains files related to committee meetings - minutes, attendance records, agendas, assignments, meeting schedules
• Brainstorms/provides ideas to improve engagement and culture
• Prepares for DC and community events and programs to include scheduling, ordering supplies, setting up meeting/activity areas
• Produces reports from compiled feedback data
• Assists with all administrative functions for People/Culture initiatives

Ideal candidate must be enrolled or pursing a degree in Human Resources, Business or related program OR have experience with assisting or
interning with a similar role or duties.
