We are a leading manufacturing company, seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for improving employee relations, driving HR initiatives, and enhancing our workplace culture. Responsibilities:

As our HR Manager, your primary focus will be to foster a high-performance culture with an emphasis on empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
9. Nurture a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive for at least 2 years.
2. People-oriented and results-driven.
3. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10. SHRM certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
11. Proficient in Employee Relations, Recruitment, HR Policies, Leadership, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefit, Human Resources Management.
