RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR MANAGER
- Mentor all levels of employee engagement, from senior managers to the labor force.
- Monitor all compliance standards for HR, Safety and Environmental standards.
- Full cycle recruiting.
- Payroll and benefits.
PREFERRED QUALICATIONS OF THE HR MANAGER
- Bachelor's in HR or SHRM certification.
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in HR and Safety compliance.
- Willingness to travel to facilities in CA occasionally.
