Job DetailsQualifications:
- They are looking for someone who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves when needed
- 8-10 years of HR experience
- Union experience needed
- If you have come from a larger environment (200 employees or more) that would be ideal but not a big requirement
- Culture fit would include: someone who has a calm demeanor that doesn't take things personally & can handle conflict resolution
- Someone who is Operations focused (wants to understand how business works)
- Someone who wants to interact with the plant employees
- Experienced with Excel
- Workday experience nice to have
