PJF is looking for a HR & Admininstration Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to support all aspects of Human Resources and Administration while partnering with our Executive Director in the successful completion of assigned projects and other areas, as applicable.
- Recruiting and onboarding management
- Compensation management
- Performance management
- Communicate the roles and responsibilities of each position in the organization
- Payroll management
- Benefits management
- Creating, maintaining, and enforcing company policies
- Office systems and equipment
- Front desk reception
- IT asset tracking/management
- Basic IT user support (advanced IT issues are handled by external vendor)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or 5 - 7 years of HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- Paylocity or other HRIS experience is preferred
