Conduct recruitment process and pre-employment assessment, provide new employee orientation, and coordinate and monitor the new hires training program; Develop and implement employee recognition program focusing on retention and personal development, and oversee employee engagement survey and action planning; Conduct research and analyze on companys benefits package, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive compensation practices; Develop and maintain salary structures, compensation bands and job rank, and prepare compensation proposals; Establish and manage annual HR budgets, and provide accurate and detailed models and projections for staff costs-related projects and initiatives; Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; Lead and oversee employee benefit programs, valuate and implement any new changes of programs, and maintain relationship with vendors; Collect and analyze data related to labor relations, and conduct reports for senior management and other stakeholders on labor relations matters; Investigate and resolve employee complaints and labor disputes in efficient and fair manner, and provide appropriate resolutions and strategies. Position requires Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience as HR include the following: talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
