Key Responsibilities for HR Generalist:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.

Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through investigation and mediation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:
- Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinate training programs.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to facilitate professional growth.

Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate administration of employee benefits.
- Manage FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs in compliance with relevant regulations.

HR Compliance:
- Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Support audits and investigations as needed.
Qualifications for HR Generalist:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
