Overview of the role: Human Resources Generalist
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with HR compliance activities, including policy development, training, and enforcement.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Preferred Qualifications: Human Resources Generalist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the organization
