Overview of the role: Human Resources Generalist

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with HR compliance activities, including policy development, training, and enforcement.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

Preferred Qualifications: Human Resources Generalist

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the organization
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and mission-driven work environment
