HR Generalist position in
Baltimore, MD.In office role
IN-OFFICE POSITION W-2 position
- Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week) contract
- Length: 6+ months, possible extension
- Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P
- Pay rate: $35/hr
Key Responsibilities:- The HR Generalist will be responsible for Employee relations and lead recruiting efforts to assure access, attract, and successfully place highly competent and successful candidates.
- Take a lead role in employee relations-gathers data, conducts investigations and reports findings.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees
- Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and complaints
Requirements for the HR Generalist position:- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- 3+ years of employee relations experience gathering data, conducting investigations and reporting findings.
- Experience with Power companies, Engineering and Construction or Energy industry
Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
