OVERVIEW OF THE HR COORDINATOR II ROLE: - The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the HR Department
- Provide human resources assistance/support
- Help with hiring, orientation, job postings, monthly reports and more
- Compile and maintain electronic and manual personnel records
- Process employment applications; and assisting in other employment activities
- Act a liaison/intermediary for hourly and salary associates regarding policy/procedures
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR COORDINATOR II ROLE:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
- Good communications both verbal and in writing
- 1+ year administrative or human resources experience
