CFS has partnered with a leading manufacturer searching to onboard an HR Coordinator for their Greenwich, CT office. The primary responsibilities for this role will be operational, supporting the execution of HR workstreams, but there are many opportunities to support the HR Business Partners and other facets of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate input of data and changes into ADP Vantage HCM and other HR systems.

  • Runs frequent people-related reports from ADP; manipulates and analyzes data.

  • Partners with the HRBP team to proactively address internal stakeholder HR operations request.

  • Assists HR Business Partners with new employee check-ins.

  • Manages the offboarding process including conducting some exit interviews and analyzes exit data
  • Maintains the organizational charts for all business functions and divisions.
  • Ensures that we are up to date with all labor law postings.
  • Ensures that the most recent versions of policies are published and takes an active role in the update of the employee policy manual.
  • Administrator for all HR-related compliance training.
  • Project coordination for large HR workstreams, such as performance reviews.
  • With the HR Manager, manages community partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree preferred

  • 2+ years of HR work experience.

  • Experience with an HRIS system preferred.

  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Detail-oriented

  • Excellent and succinct written and oral communication skills.
