Job Summary

The Global Ops Specialists are a highly collaborative and cross-functional team who drive team readiness, deliver training, partner with program owners, and coach the support team on meeting a variety of unique employee needs. You'll be the expert in the organization's hiring processes, procedures and tools.


Key Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday and other enterprise HRIS systems
  • Experience with global end to end recruiting practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
  • Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
  • Strong interpersonal skills a must
  • Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations
  • Local language and English business proficiency, preferred additional languages

We are a dynamic team responsible for data and records management of multiple countries across the globe. Your knowledge, insight and expertise will help power us forward in supporting Workday business processes and complex transactions, partnering closely with internal partners. You are essential in helping us achieve operational excellence while offering our employees a world-class support experience.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting international relocations, including all the paperwork and system data changes needed to enable these employee moves.
    • Managing large volumes of employment offer and administrative requests, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize based on last-minute changes.
    • Lead engagement with internal support partners and key stakeholder teams to ensure our knowledge management systems are current and effective.
    • Working closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple Apple locations.
    • Liaising with key business partners within the organization to drive and maintain offer and employee life cycle processes within service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Review web based content for accuracy with responsibility for submitting updates and influencing improvements.
    • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with global team and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
    • Embracing a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
    • Conduct quality control for a large volume of requests.
    • Ensuring the new hire experience represents the Apple brand.
    • Aligning business needs and regulatory requirements to manage employee data and documents.

Education

  • You bring a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources working across multiple services such as Policies, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits etc.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You have experience with enterprise HR systems (Workday preferred).
  • You have previously worked with MacOS or have a strong desire to learn.
