We are currently seeking individuals who have a DOD issued, Top Secret clearance, who have experience in Human Resources , Human Capital, Personnel Management, or other comparative skillsets in the St. Louis area. Ideally experience in Recruiting, Retirements and Federal Benefit administration, Candidate review, OnBoarding, PAR processing, Record Management (document control/OPF), maintaining PeopleSoft, Benefits, Leave Bank, or comparable administrative experience in supporting federal agencies. Individuals must be SCI eligible with an active TS clearance . No other candidates will be considered - this is a requirement for the contract, as we are not able to upgrade or submit new clearance requests. Positions are full time, include benefits such as healthcare, dental, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, generous paid time off, and 401k profit sharing. Experience providing Human Resource services in the Federal Sector or a degree in Human Resource is preferred, however, comparable Human Resource experience in private or public sector or comparable skillsets/education will be considered (for candidates with the required clearance). Salary is based on a combination of experience and education with a wide range of labor categories supported on this contract. -Provide customer service and follow through during the onboarding process
-Facilitate new-employee orientation programs through record collection, coordination with security, and communication to involved parties -Participate in new employee orientation processes
-Assisting with employee relations matters -Prepare new-employee files (OPF's) and new-hire paperwork
-Assist with staffing, benefits and employee relations including the processing of requests
-Processing employee information and maintain employee records within Peoplesoft
-Participate in recruitment of interns and employees through hiring events, job postings, and outreach
-Administration of Leave Bank applications
-Retirement Packet applications processing
-Recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
-Updating information in Sharepoint and other data entry systems
-Providing guidance related to policy and procedure
