Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Wilton, CT ASML campus. In this role you will act as an integrator among the employees, the business and the HR organization. You'll make a real difference as a key member of the ASML HR Team where you will provide knowledge and expertise while tackling multiple tasks to support growing business sectors. To achieve this, you will be using your unique mix of technical, creative and interpersonal skills. You will work directly with managers to develop and direct a People Agenda that closely supports the organizational and business goals, in close alignment with key stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

Challenge, advise and act upon business developments, strategy and people & organization related issues or needs.

Acts as an integrator among the employees, the business and the HR organization.

Partner with internal recruiting and 3rd party recruitment teams to execute on hiring plans.

Coach managers through the employee development process including leadership succession planning, assisting managers create quality employee development action plans, and other special initiatives in support of employee / leadership development.

Proactively develop and implement actions, in partnership with the management team, to enhance employee engagement initiatives focused on organizational climate and culture change.

Oversee complex employee relations issues including fact gathering, analysis, recommendations, and performance improvement progress. Coach managers on conflict resolution and addressing escalations. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the broader HR team.

Guide managers and employees through the annual HR program cycle including performance management, salary planning, employee development, and other related annual programs.

Deliver HR support to supervisors/managers with focus on high touch coaching and program support.

Provide subject matter expertise on cross sector site initiatives and projects.

Drive and support the management team on organizational change, workforce planning, organizational design and development related topics.

Act as a credible and trusted sparring partner for senior managers, including reflections on their personal leadership.

Utilize HR data & analytics to support people & organizational decision making.

Act as an employee's advocate and know what is going on at the work floor.

Collaborate with Talent development team to create and facilitate workshops on various HR programs and professional development topics.

Gather statistics and metrics (headcount, turnover, talent movement, HR program execution) and provide analysis and recommendations based on the data.

Special projects as assigned to meet HR / Business initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Education and experience

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

10+ years of applicable HR experience.

Experience in a global, international fast paced (tech) organization.

Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS/Workday or similar.

Proven experience in leading and delivery of multiple projects and processes at the same time.

Strong emphasis on independence, ability to manage complexity and leadership development.

Understanding of LEAN, Manufacturing or Agile ways of working highly desirable.

Affinity with talent management, change management and/or organizational design is appreciated.

Excellent communicator, convincing and emphatic.
