Job Details

The HR Business Partner assumes responsibility for facilitating various HR functions and serves as the primary HR contact at a designated site. This role extends support to other departmental leaders, managing HR administrative tasks, professional staffing, and payroll processing. Additionally, the HR Business Partner may take the lead or actively participate in company-wide HR initiatives. We seek a collaborative HR Business Partner who is willing to dive into tasks and is committed to nurturing both our employees and business growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as the HR Business partner for site leadership, acting as the initial point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
Manage HR programs, initiatives, and processes at the site level.
Drive initiatives to foster a positive culture and enhance employee engagement continually.
Cultivate effective employee relations, conducting investigations and providing coaching to supervisors for issue resolution.
Offer guidance on employee development and performance management.
Coordinate employee leaves, liaising with leave vendors, employees, and supervisors.
Oversee staffing processes from recruitment to onboarding and conduct employee offboarding procedures.
Assist supervisors in managing employee time cards and attendance records.
Maintain confidential employee files and other relevant documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in HRIS systems.
Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Identify and implement measures for continuous improvement.
Provide HR administration and professional staffing support for the corporate office if required.
Lead or participate in company-wide HR projects.
Uphold confidentiality in all employee-related matters.
Generate regular and ad hoc reports for KPI tracking and analysis, recommending improvement opportunities.
Assist in developing presentations and conducting training sessions.
Aid in planning and coordinating plant events and meetings.
Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as needed, including payroll processing.
Adhere to ERU food safety policies and all relevant government regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA).

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, capable of working with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a collaborative environment.
Outstanding communication skills, including writing reports, business correspondences, and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Problem-solving, analytical, and facilitation abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
