SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will work in a hybrid role and play a key strategic role on a small HR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner will work with the VP of HR to assist with full-cycle HR duties.
The HR Business Partner will work to assist in the development of a key people strategy to help with employee retention.
The HR Business Partner will handle all employee benefits.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for handling HRIS processes.
The HR Business Partner should have strong MS Office skills.
The HR Business Partner should have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience along with a PHR or a SHRM.
The compensation for this position starts at $110K. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
