Our client, based in White Plains, NY, is looking for an HR Assistant ASAP. There is an upcoming vacancy in their group that they are looking to backfill with an eager, motivated individual that can support in all areas of HR, primarily benefits.

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Prepare verification of employment letters/forms.
  • Reconcile data, including invoices from medical vendors.
  • Organize and maintain paper files for compliance.
  • Complete offer letters and fact sheets using templates.
  • Assist with calendar scheduling and event coordination.
  • Provide Paycom support for employees (password resets, punch changes).
  • Aid in organizing employee engagement events.
  • Arrange sympathy baskets/baby boxes for maternity leaves.

HR Assistant Requirements:

  • Benefits knowledge is a plus.
  • Paycom experience is preferred.
  • Ability to pull and audit reports related to benefits.
  • Experience working with confidential information is a plus.
  • Education not required but must have HR experience.
