The HR and Office Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reporting to the Plant Manager, the HR and Office Administrator will handle a variety of HR & office tasks.
- Lead the hiring and onboarding process.
- Create and administer training checklists.
- Review customer accounts and invoicing.
- The HR and Office Administrator will research cost savings and lead special projects.
Preferred Qualifications of the HR and Office Administrator:
- HR & Office experience with the willingness to learn and grow.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Prefer associate or bachelor's degree.
