HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Our client is a prominent local nonprofit looking for a passionate, community-minded individual to provide HR administrative support as their new HR Administrative Assistant.

Primary Responsibilities of the HR Administrative Assistant:
- New hire onboarding and orientations
- The HR Administrative Assistant will assist with W-4s, I-9s, and other tax forms as necessary
- Refer to local, state, and federal laws pertaining to HR needs
- Process purchase requisitions
- Manage schedules and calendar for the HR office
- HR Administrative Assistant must be professional and have high confidentiality standards.
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Administrative Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- HR experience is a must along with some administrative skills is a plus
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must have Covid-19 Vaccination
- Paylocity experience is a plus
