Our client, a staple in Chicago's beauty and wellness industry, is looking for HR Coordinator in their NW suburbs corporate office. This is an interim role focused on administrative maintenance during an HR transformation. The best candidate will be available for a 60-90 day contract handling a variety of HR coordination in support of talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HRIS data management, and employee questions.
The role will involve:
Fielding queries in the HR inbox
Onboarding support
Employment verifications
Worker's compensation processing
Data management and reporting
