Job Title: Housing Records Specialists
Location: Downtown Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours
Pay: $20/hour
Responsibilities:

The Housing Records Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and maintaining grant program records
-
Responsibilities include customer service to internal and external customers regarding loan agreements, deeds of trust, deed restrictions and any other liens placed on real property by the Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization Department.

Successful candidates must be experienced in navigating legal documents and enjoy working in a repetitious environment
Job Requirements:

Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-
Excellent writing skills - strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills

Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
-
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related field; or three to five years of equivalent experience in social services field
