Job Description
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will:
Respond quickly to guest requests and follow-ups
Supervise and motivate all housekeeping personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction
Participate in interviewing and hiring team members with the appropriate skills
Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performance
Manage the procurement and inventory of linen and supplies to ensure operational efficiency
Develop and administer work schedules to optimize team coverage and productivity
Maintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness resort-wide
