Our Sales Coordinator's primary role is to perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team:

Answers incoming calls.

Enter group rooming lists in OnQ.

Enter group information in Passkey.

Build groups in R&I.

Assist with distribution of BEO's and Group Resumes.

Completes thank-you letters to clients.

Maintains group history in computer system.

Performs other office correspondence upon request.

Orders supplies for Sales and Catering Department.

Additional duties as assigned by the Sales team.

Qualifications:
Experience with OnQ, Delphi FDC and R&I desired.

Previous hotel Sales Coordinator experience a plus.

Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented.

Computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook.

An outgoing personality and the desire to help others.
