Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all financial aspects of hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
2. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with hotel management to develop and implement strategic financial plans to achieve the hotel's financial objectives.
4. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the hotel.
5. Prepare and present financial reports to the management team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
6. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the hotel's financial data and reporting systems.
7. Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Manage and develop the hotel's finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
9. Participate in strategic decision-making processes to drive the hotel's financial performance and business growth.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of hotel financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
6. Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards applicable to the hotel industry.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the company's financial policies and procedures.
9. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
11. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
